EFCC ta ce babu wanda ya fi karfin doka don haka ba za ta bari sojojin su sha ba,/Hoto:OTHER

Hukumar da ke yaki da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin Nijeriya ta’annati, EFCC, ta ce za ta gurfanar da wasu sojojin Saman Nijeriya a gaban kotu bisa zargin yin damfara a intanet.

Hukumar ta bayyana haka ne a wata sanarwa da ta fitar ranar Asabar da maraice.

Sanarwar ta ce “Hukumar EFCC reshen jihar Kaduna za ta gurfanar da sojojin Saman Nijeriya da ta bayar da belinsu ranar Juma’a, 17 ga watan Nuwamba, 2023 a gaban kotu da zarar ta kammala binciken da take yi a kansu.”

“An saki sojojin ne zuwa ga hukumominsu bayan sun cika tsauraran dokokin bayar da beli na hukumar. Wannan hukuma tana jaddada cewa babu wanda ya fi karfin doka kuma za a bi kadin wannan lamari har karshensa,” in ji EFCC.

'Damarar yaki'

A ranar Juma’a ne aka samu hatsaniya tsakanin wasu sojojin Nijeriya da jami’an EFCC bayan sun je ofishin hukumar na Kaduna domin kubutar da jami’ansu da aka kama bisa zargin yin damfara a shafukan intanet.

Lamarin ya tayar da kura sosai inda mutanen da ke yankin suka rika ranta a na kare. Tun da farko, EFCC ta sanar cewa ta kama “mutum biyar a Gidan Abinci na Inn and Disney Chicken Eatery a Barnawa da ke Kaduna bayan samun kwararan bayanan sirri a kan zargin suna aikata damfara da ta shafi intanet.”

Mutanen da ake zargi da damfarar sun hada da Favour Itung, Rachael Ande, Zuleiman Haruna, Abubakar Ismaila da Solomon Olobatoke, kuma an kama su, in ji EFCC.

Hukumar ta ce bayan haka ne wasu sojoji da suka ga abin da ya faru da ‘yan uwansu, suka yi dirar mikiya a ofishin EFCC da ke Kaduna inda suka yi yunkurin kubutar da wadanda ake zargi da aikata damfarar intanet.

An kama su kuma an tsare saboda sun keta doka, a cewar EFCC.

Hukumar ta kara da cewa daga nan ta soma tattaunawa da rundunar sojin sama kan batun, amma abin takaici wasu sojoji sun sake zuwa ofishinta a cikin damarar yaki domin kubutar da ‘yan uwansu, lamarin da ya kawo hatsaniya.

Daga bisani an saki wadanda aka kama, kuma EFCC ta ce za ta gurfanar da su a gaban kuliya.
