Hukumomin kare hakkin masu sayen kayayyaki a Nijeriya sun ce, an gano yadda kamfanin lemo na kwalabe a Nijeriya (NBC) da kamfanin Coca-cola a ƙasar suka yaudari masu saye wajen sanya tambarin ''sinadarin sugari mara yawa (Less Sugar variant flavour) a lemun da suke haɗawa.''
A wani rahoto da ta wallafa a shafinta na X a ranar Alhamis, Hukumar kare masu sayen kayayyaki ta ƙasa a Nijeriya (FCCPC) ta ce tun a shekarar 2019 aka kaddamar da bincike bayan da kamfanonin suka fitar da wani sabon nau'in lemun a kasuwa ''ba tare da yin talla ko kuma fitar da wani karin bayani ga masu saye ba.''
''Wannan sabon nau'in Coca-Cola an yi shi ne a cikin wani gwagwani da ke kusan kama da ainihin lemon Coca-cola da aka fi sani,'' in ji sanarwar rahoton.
FCCPC ta ce ta gano yadda ''sinadaren ɗanɗano da amfaninsu suka bambanta,” amma aka “zuba su a cikin kwalabe kusan iri ɗaya kana ɗauke da tambarin kamfanin da kuma lambobin rajista daga Hukumar Kula da ingancin Abinci da Magunguna ta ƙasa (NAFDAC).
Hukumar ta ce nan take "ta kaddamar da bincike kan yadda kamfanin Coca-Cola da NBC suke yaudarar masu saye a Nijeriya da ɗanɗano da kuma tambarinsu.''
Kazalika an gano cewa NBC yana ''samarwa da kuma rarraba nau'ikan lemon sha na Limca- Lime guda biyu a cikin mazubi iri ɗaya da kuma tambarin kamfanin iri ɗaya tare da yin amfani da lambar rajista ɗaya na NAFDAC a samfuran lemun biyu."
Hukumar FCCPC ta ƙara da cewa kamfanonin ''sun yi ƙarya wajen sanar da masu saye cewa duka samfuran lemun biyu iri ɗaya ne, kana suna masu ƙarya da yaudarar su.''
Kawo yanzu dai kamfanin lemon sha na kwalabe a Nijeriya (NBC) da kamafanin Coca- Cola ba su ce komai ba game da wannan rahoto.
Hukumar FCCPC dai, ita ce hukuma mafi girma a Nijeriya wadda ke da alhakin kula da hakkin kasuwa da masu sayen kayayyaki a ƙasar, kana tana gudanar da ayyukanta ne karkashin ma'aikatar tarayya ta masana'antu da kasuwanci da zuba jari a ƙasar.
