‘Yan ƙasar Ghana na jefa ƙuri’a a ranar Asabar inda waɗanda ke kan gaba a zaɓen suka haɗa da tsohon ma’aikacin babban bankin ƙasar Mahamudu Bawumia da kuma tsohon shugaban Ghana John Mahama.
Tattalin arziƙin Ghana shi ne babban abin mayar da hankali ga masu zaɓen idan aka yi la'akari da yadda ƙasar mai arzikin zinare da koko ke fama da matsin tattalin arziƙi da hauhawar farashi da kuma bashin ƙasashen waje.
Masu zaɓen za su jefa ƙuri’a ne domin a maye gurbin shugaba mai ci a halin yanzu Nana Akufo-Addo wanda zai sauka daga karagar mulki bayan shafe wa’adi biyu da dokar ƙasar ta ba shi dama.
Haka kuma a yayin zaɓen na ranar Asabar, ana sa ran zaɓen sabbin ‘yan majalisar dokokin ƙasar domin gudanar da sabon zubi.
'Yan takara fiye da goma ne za su fafata a zaɓen shugaban ƙasar, sai dai 'yan takara biyu ake ganin za su fi fafatawa, wato Mahamudu Bawumia, na jam'iyyar New Patriotic Party, mai mulkin ƙasar, da kuma tsohon shugaban ƙasa John Dramani Mahama na jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress (NDC).
An soma zaɓen ne tun daga misalin ƙarfe 0700 agogon GMT inda kuma za a kammala zaɓen da misalin 1700 GMT a ranar Asabar, inda kuma ake sa ran samun sakamakon farko-farko da ranar Lahadi sai kuma cikakken sakamakon zaɓen a ranar Talata.
“Muna son mu zaɓi canji, ana cikin matsin tattalin arziƙi,” kamar yadda wani ɗan sanda mai ritaya James Nsiah ya bayyana, a yayin da yake jira ya kaɗa ƙuri’a a wata rumfar zaɓe a Accra babban birnin Ghana.
Gwamnatin Ghana ta rufe dukkan iyakokin kasar na wani dan lokaci daga daren Juma'a zuwa Lahadi don tabbatar da sahihancin zaben, kamar yadda wata sanarwar da ma'aikatar harkokin cikin gida ta Ghana ta fitar.
