Janar C.Q. Brown, Hafsan Sojin Sama na Amurka kuma shugaban Hafsoshin Sojin Amurka, wanda ke tafiya zuwa taron hafsoshin tsaro na ƙasashen Afirka, ya faɗa wa 'yan rahoto gabanin saukar jirginsa a Botswana ranar Litinin cewa, zai zanta da abokan aiki daban-daban a yankin.

Janar Brown ya faɗa wa 'yan jaridar da ke tafiya tare da shi cewa, "Ina ga akwai wasu damarmaki. Kuma akwai ƙasashen da tuni muna aiki tare da su a Afirka ta Yamma".

Ya ƙara da cewa gina wannan dangantaka za ta iya "samar da damarmaki gare mu don haɓaka ƙarfin da muke da shi a baya a Nijar da sauran wurare".

Amma Janar Brown ya ƙi ya faɗi waɗanne ƙasashen ne Amurka take dubawa. Amma wani jami'in Amurka ya gaya wa Reuters cewa gwamnatin Shugaba Joe Biden ta fara tattaunawa da ƙasashe kamar Benin da Ivory Coast da Ghana.

Yanayin siyasa mai cike da ƙalubale a Yammaci da Tsakiyar Afirka yana da sarƙaƙiya ga Amurka. Yankin ya fuskanci juyin mulkin soji har guda takwas cikin shekaru huɗu, ciki har da na Nijar da maƙwabtanta Burkina Faso da Mali.

Gwamnatocin sojin da ke mulkin yawancin ƙasashen sun ja baya da aiki tare da ƙasashen Yamma har da Amurka, - wadda a doka ta haramta wa sojinta taimaka wa gwamnatocin da suka ƙwace mulki ta juyin mulki. Ƙasashen suna ci gaba da komawa wajen Rasha, wadda ba ta da irin wannan tarnaƙin.

"Amurka ta daɗe tana da abokan aiki a yankin," cewar Catherine Nzuki wadda ke cibiyar Center for Strategic and International Studies da ke Washington.

"Kuma yanzu da aka kori Amurka daga Nijar, babbar tambayar da Ma'aikatar harkokin Waje, da Ma'aikatar Tsaron Amurka ke yi ita ce: Shin muna rasa abokai ne a yankin? Shin abubuwa na sauyawa cikin hanzarin da muka kasa bibiyar su?"

Jami'in Amurka na biyun ya amsa cewa sojin Amurka suna nazarin sauye-sauyen da ke faruwa cikin gaggawa.

"Muna nazari cikin tsanaki a yanzu kuma muna tunani game da yadda manufofinmu za su kasance," cewar jami'in.

Ƙarfin da Amurka za ta samu tare da sabbin manufofin, wajen samun damar daƙile barazanar ƙungiyoyin masu amfani Musulunci suna faɗaɗa a yankin Sahel mai fama da matsanacin yanayin muhalli da arziƙi, wanda har yanzu ba a fayyace ba.

Yayin da Amurka ke ficewa, Rasha ta girke tarin jami'an soji a wannan sansanin, inda suke gudanar da ayyukan ba da horo. Jami'an Amurka sun ce sojojinta ba sa wata mu'amala da takwarorinsu na Rasha.

Janar Brown ya bayyana fatan cewa ko da bayan ficewar Amurka, za a iya samun hanyar ci gaba da alaƙar tsaro a gaba, tare da Nijar, ganin tsawon shekarun da aka yi ana zuba kuɗi da ƙulla alaƙar soji.

"Muna da ofishin jakadanci a can, don haka muna da alaƙa har yanzu. Don haka ban san ko ƙofar ta kulle gabaɗaya ba," cewar Janar Brown. "Kenan a gaba, idan dama ta samu don sake gina alaƙa, da ƙarfafa dangantaka, za mu yi aiki da gwamnatin Amurka don gano hanyar da ta fi dacewa don yin haka."
