Dem demand immediate action on outstanding issues about salary, career progression, professional allowances, too much work, shortage of workers and di general welfare of resident doctors.
Di association call for immediate implementation of agreements wey dem reach with Federal Government, especially those ones about better conditions of service and professional development.
E also beg goment to conclude di review of di existing salary and professional salary structures for doctors, saying di current framework no longer dey reflect di economic realities wey dey ground.
Di association demand proper compensation for excess workload wey come from shortage of manpower for hospitals, noting say resident doctors dey carry more responsibilities pass before.
