Petrol prices don increase for plenty filling stations for Abuja, Lagos, and Ibadan after fresh adjustments as tension dey rise for Middle East, wey make crude oil prices and supply costs go up.


Checks on Sunday show say plenty filling stations for Federal Capital Territory (FCT) don raise their prices reach N1,400 per litre.

AY Shafa increase their pump price from N1,350 to N1,395 per litre, while Optima retail outlet raise their price from N1,360 to N1,450.

Empire filling station for Gwarinpa also increase their pump prices from N1,370 to N1,450 per litre.

Mobil outlet for Kubwa also raise their petrol price to N1,400 per litre from N1,350.
The price increases no only affect Abuja. For Conoil, for Ikorodu Garage for Lagos, petrol dey sell for N1,400 per litre on Sunday, up from N1,300 last week.

One NNPC filling station for Berger, Lagos, also increase their price from N1,299 to N1,380 per litre.

Bovas filling station for Berger also change their petrol pump price from N1,280 to N1,400, while MRS for Okota dey sell at N1,395 — up from N1,310.

Total Energies for Okota adjust their price from N1,325 to N1,385/litre, while AP for Ogba increase to N1,380 from N1,295.


For Ibadan, Ocean Breeze filling station on Old Ife Road dey sell petrol at N1,370 per litre, compared with N1,300 on Saturday.


The latest upward price adjustments come after oil marketers reportedly increase ex-depot prices, including Dangote refinery, wey raise their gantry price from N1,265 to N1,350 per litre.

The increase also follow surge in international crude oil prices, wey cross $100 per barrel, with Brent crude dey trade at $104 per barrel and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) at $99 per barrel as at September 13, 2026, amid continued uncertainty over the Middle East conflict.
