Kenya ta dauki matakin hada kan sojojin Sudan da ke yaki da juna domin kawo karshen rikicin da ya addabi kasar, a cewar shugaban kasar William Ruto.
“Kasar Kenya ta kuduri aniyar ganawa da manya janar-janar biyu na Sudan ido da ido domin ganin an samu hanyoyin warware rikicin da ke tsakaninsu,” in ji shugaban kasar a jawabin da ya yi Litinin.
Ruto ya bayyana haka ne yayin ganawa da manema labarai a wajen taron kolin shugabannin kasashen kungiyar IGAD karo na 14 da ya gudana a kasar Djibouti.
Shugaban Kenya William Ruto ya ce nan da makwanni biyu za a samar da wata hanya ta raba kayayyakin agaji a Sudan.
"A cikin makonni uku masu zuwa, za mu fara aiwatar da shirin tattaunawa na kasa baki daya," in ji shi.
Wadanda suka halarci taron sun hada da shugaban kasar Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh da shugaban kasar Sudan ta kudu Salva Kiir da shugaban kasar Somaliya Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud da kuma firaiminista Abiy Ahmed na kasar Habasha.
Rikicin da ya barke tsakanin janar-janar din soji biyu da ke adawa da juna akwai: Abdel Fattah al Burhan, shugaban rundunar sojin Sudan da Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, shugaban rundunar Rapid Support Forces RSF.
Tashin hankali
Wannan yunkuri na zuwa ne a daidai lokacin da ake ci gaba da gwabza rikici tsakanin rundunar sojin Sudan da dakarun RSF, lamarin da ya yi sanadin mutuwar kusan mutum 1,000 tare da jikkata dubbai tun daga ranar 15 ga watan Afrilu, kamar yadda rahotanni daga ma'aikatar lafiya ta kasar suka bayyana.
A wani gagarumin ci gaba da aka samu, kasar Kenya ta bayyana goyon bayanta wajen fadada kungiyar IGAD, wadda a yanzu ta hada da Habasha da Somaliya.
A matsayin wani bangare na sabuwar kungiyar IGAD, Kenya ta dauki nauyin shugabancinta, tare da Sudan ta Kudu, wajen jagorantar kokarin samar da mafita kan rikicin Sudan.
IGAD kungiya ce mai mambobi takwas daga yankin Gabashin Afirka.
Janar-janar din da ke yaki a Sudan sun sha keta yarjejeniyoyin tsagaita bude wuta da suka cimma a baya, lamarin da ya sa Amurka ta kakaba musu takunkumi.
