Babban jami'in leƙen asirin Ethiopia Redwan Hussien ya gana da takwaransa na Somalia Abdullahi Mohamed Ali ranar Talata, domin inganta haɗin gwiwa a fannin tsaro, da kuma ƙarfafa alƙawuran da aka bayyana a cikin sanarwar Ankara, yarjejeniyar da ƙasashen biyu suka cim ma sakamakon shiga tsakani da Turkiyya ta yi a farkon wannan wata.
Da yake sanar da ganawar a Addis Ababa babban birnin kasar Ethiopia a shafin X, Hussien ya bayyana cewa, tattaunawar ta mayar da hankali ne kan ƙalubalen tsaron da ƙasashen suke fuskanta tare da jaddada haɗin kai don tunkarar waɗanda ke kokarin daƙile ci gaban.
Hussein ya ce "A matsayin ci gaba da aiki a kan sanarwar Ankara, dukkanmu mun sha alwashin ci gaba da kiyaye masu waɗanda ba sa son ci gaba na kusa da na nesa wadanda suka dage wajen ganin cewa ba mu cim ma burinmu ba," in ji Hussein.
Ganawar ta zo daidai da isar tawagar Somaliya ƙarƙashin jagorancin Ƙaramin Ministan Harkokin waje da Hadin Gwiwar Ƙasa da Ƙasa Ali Omar, da nufin ƙarfafa alƙawuran da aka ɗauka a yayin sanarwar Ankara.
Babban sauyi
A ranar 12 ga watan Disamba ne aka rattaba hannu kan yarjejeniyar Ankara da Turkiye ke jagoranta, wacce ta kawo sauyi a dangantakar da ke tsakanin ƙasashen da ke maƙwabtaka da kahonƙuryar Afirka, waɗanda a baya-bayan nan suka sha fama da tashe-tashen hankula.
A cikin watan Janairu, yarjejeniyar da Ethiopia ta yi da Somaliland - yankin Somaliya mai ɓallewa - ta amfani da tashar jiragen ruwa ta Berbera ta haifar da rashin jituwa. Turkiyya ta taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen sasanta rikicin.
A cikin wata sanarwa ta haɗin gwiwa, shugabannin Somaliya da Ethiopia sun jaddada cewa Sanarwar Ankara "ta sake tabbatar da mutunta juna da kuma sadaukar da kansu ga 'yancin kan juna, da hadin kai, da 'yancin kai."
