Paschalin Mbenge Basil, has over 10 years’ experience implementing multidisciplinary research projects focused on high-priority socio-economic development issues in Kenya, Africa and globally. Ms Basil manages research projects and oversees strategic partnerships within the Institute for Development Studies at the University of Nairobi.
